Thomas is the Chief Commercial Officer of PCI. Under his Sales and Engineering leadership over the last 30 years, PCI has built a robust and growing portfolio of US and European OEMs who are leading technology innovators in their respective industries.
Joined PCI as Product Engineer in 1994, Thomas has since held a range of leadership roles across program management, design engineering, and business development. He was promoted to Vice President of Business Development in 2009, then to Senior Vice President in 2016, and Chief Commercial Officer in 2021. He took a brief career break in 2023 to complete the Chief Strategy Officer Executive Program at the National University of Singapore and a sales leadership role with a garment manufacturing company before returning to PCI in 2024.
Thomas plays a key role in driving PCI's commercial strategy and revenue growth. He is known for fostering strong, long-term partnerships with global customers and enhancing PCI's differentiation strategy through advanced engineering capabilities. He has also spearheaded several major transformation initiatives at PCI, including the establishment of its first offshore Design Engineering office and the implementation of Lean Six Sigma, SAP migration, Manufacturing Execution Systems, and a comprehensive Quality Management System.
Earlier in his career, Thomas held a technical sales roles representing a German-based elevator company. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Trisakti University in Jakarta and an MBA in Management of Technology from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He also recently completed the Chief Strategy Officer Executive Program at the National University of Singapore.
