Shaina Kim joined PCI as Director of Transformation in May 2020. She is responsible for leading and championing value creation initiatives and change management across the PCI group by working closely with the management team. She focuses on building and implementing operation performance improvement projects that deliver a positive financial impact to PCI via clear levers such as go-to-market, supply chain, lean manufacturing and industry 4.0 foundation. Shaina has a successful track record of value creation in leading innovative transformation initiatives across multiple regions in Asia and USA. Prior to joining PCI, Shaina was working with AlixPartners as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Improvement. Shaina also worked in various strategy and M&A functions at Macquarie Group’s Private Equity, Merrill Lynch and NRG Energy. Shaina holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania (USA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ewha Woman’s University (Seoul). She also is a CFA Charterholder.
