Joren joined PCI as a Recruiter in 2015 and was appointed as Assistant Manager, HR in 2018. He left PCI briefly before re-joining in 2020 as Manager, HR. He is responsible and leads the Singapore- Human Resources function and to align PCI Group HR strategy with business objectives, human resource capital and PCI’s corporate culture and sustainability. He has more than 8 years of experience in human resources management across electronics manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining PCI, Joren was Regional HR Generalist with MW Medical. He has extensive experience in handling employee relations, global strategic talent sourcing and talent management. He holds a Master degree in Business Administration from University of Sunderland.
