Hong Soo joined PCI as a Product Engineer in 2004. He was promoted to Product Engineering manager in 2008, and subsequently assigned to take charge of Program Management in 2013. He was appointed as Senior Manager in 2018 to take charge of the overall IT Infrastructure and Enterprise system. At PCI, Hong Soo has led various projects in transforming and digitising PCI’s work processes, and in particular the Product Engineering and Program management departments. His involvement in the SAP Enterprise System has helped to drive continuous improvement and process transformation initiatives in PCI. Hong Soo is a qualified practitioner in Quality and Process management and holds a certified Lean Sigma Green belt and Lean Sigma Black belt-trained. He has strong project management knowledge as a PRINCE2 practitioner and existing Project Management Professional (PMP). Hong Soo joined PCI after he graduated with a Bachelor (Hons) degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering) from University of Queensland in 2004. Hong Soo is currently pursuing the Master of Technology in Digital Leadership at National University of Singapore, graduating in 2021.
