Hanker Han joined PCI as a Management Trainee in 2006, based in Shanghai, China and in 2014 he was appointed as General Manager, PCI Kunshan, China plant. Since joining PCI, Hanker has managed and transitioned the PCI Kunshan team through several big projects, including MRP system migration from JDE to SAP and the successful transfer and re-location of PCI China’s production plant from Shanghai to Kunshan resulting in the production of high value products at competitive cost for PCI’s customers. Hanker’s leadership also led PCI Kunshan plant being certified by China authorities as an AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) for PCI Kunshan’s supply chain management standards complying with WCO or equivalent supply chain security standards. Prior to joining PCI, Hanker worked in the international trading companies in Shanghai from 2003 to 2006. Hanker holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Shanghai University of Electric Power (China).
