Ron joined PCI in May 2022 with over 25 years of experience in the EMS industry. He is well versed in global multiple-site operations, supply-chain and strategic key account management. Prior to joining PCI, Ron had previously held senior leadership positions in several EMS companies. During this time, Ron was a key executive management that grew a site from 1,000 people to 60,000 and handled some of the biggest OEM accounts. ]He has successfully driven a strategic global account growth from $60M to $1.4B annual revenue in 4 years. Academically accomplished, Ron has an Executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST and a First-Class BEng in Electrical and Electronics from the University of Leicester.
